SEEK Transportation Funding The legislature touted the SEEK transportation appropriation as being 90% in FY25 and 100% in FY26 for transportation costs. That is probably true if you apply those percentages to the cost of transportation in FY23, which KDE calculated to be $398,623,246 for all districts, but the FY24 calculation that was released on March 1, well before the budget was finalized, estimates the cost to be $484,014,845 statewide.
